		<description>You can do a lease option and get a new house.

The bank wants to see gross income.  If you rent it out for market rent plus an extra $200 as a refundable option payment (only if turned down for the mortgage) and agree to rent out for 24 months for the market to change, and sell the property for appraised value, then the new tenant-buyer has nothing to lose.  

The bank generally credits 75% of whatever collected (due to vacancy), so 75% of market rent + 20% = about 100% of market rent.

		<description>Good article, thanks.  It's always good to remember that if we are prepared, we will really be ready to face whatever comes our way and the Lord will provide.  We just have to do the prep work!
