I needed to visit someone in my quorum tonight. Neither of my counselors were available to go with me so I took Gehrig. This person came to church two weeks ago and it was the first time I have seen him come to our quorum meeting. We are really quite different so I had no idea what I was going to say when I got there, it was more like Nephi, where I went, led by the Spirit, not knowing beforehand the things which I should do (or say).

As soon as I got there and started talking to him Gehrig said he needed to use the bathroom, so we took a short break while he went pooh, then had me wipe him.

The visit was good. It was brief, probably no more than 10 to 15 minutes. I just said it was good to have him in class and asked if there was anything I could do to help him feel welcome. He was just curious about the schedule of things – like what was after elders quorum meeting. Also he was interested in single adult dances, which sort of surprised me. We then chatted for a bit longer about careers and stuff. I believe I will be seeing him Sunday.
