We took a major step this morning. I called our next door neighbor who is 12 and asked if she could baby sit for us this week. We arranged for Thursday night. It is a week night and we have T-ball at 5:30, so it will have to be a short date – probably just dinner, but I’m looking forward to getting out! The reason I say it is a big step is because we have never really had a baby sitter. We have always been fortunate to have family members watch our kids and if we couldn’t find an available family member we generally didn’t do whatever activity we had planned.
