Today I was Dave Ramsey’s Total Money Makeover Live Event in Salt Lake City. I got free platinum tickets again for promoting it and helping sell 75 tickets to the event. Rachel didn’t want to go again this year so I invited Bryan – my friend and neighbor from our previous ward. We had a great time. We got there around 11:00 and had lunch. During lunch Dave came around and shook hands. I asked him why he chose to only certify evangelical and catholic Christians for his certified counselor program. He explained that he markets mainly to evangelical Christians and they just come to expect that his certified counselors are also evangelical Christians.

After lunch and a Q&A session with Dave, we got the very front center seats – really the best seats in the house. It was a fun event. I’m so glad I could go again.
