I woke up at 5:15 this morning for meetings. I was about to get into the shower. I was so tired I wished I could just go back to bed. I then realized that it was fast Sunday. I only had one meeting and I could go back to bed! That extra hour was exactly what I needed.

I taught elders quorum today on finances. I didn’t really use any notes that I had other than some highlight areas of the One for the Money pamphlet. I think it went rather well. Generally I like a lot of discussion in my lessons but it wasn’t really the case for this lesson. I prayed for the Spirit to be with me and just tried to follow the Spirit as I taught. I was glad for the opportunity. I always enjoy teaching on the topic of personal finance.
