There was a new house added to the market here in Alpine today. It was actually a house I had seen before but we hadn’t looked out it because it only had 3 bedrooms and had extensive water damage. Someone purchased it for $220,000 in a foreclosure and just put it back on the market for $350,000. Emily is coming down tomorrow to look at it and we may be puttin in an offer if we decide we like it. We talked with Ken & Laura tonight about borrowing money from them to pay for the house while we continue to try to sell ours.
