We had stake conference today. I was reminded of the importance of recognizing tender mercies and writing in a journal on a daily basis. I have set a goal to begin writing daily again. A number of things have happened since I last wrote. I guess the biggest change in our lives is that we moved to a new house. We actually moved within our own ward. We bought a bigger house that had been vacance since we moved into our last home. It is about doubled the size in square footage and triple the size of property. It is also much quieter on this street. So far we are loving it. We found a family to rent our old home because we weren’t able to sell it. It has been about a month and half since we have been in this home. So far so good. We feel this is our “forever” home. We no longer feel like we will eventually want to upgrade to another space. It’s a good feeling – something we haven’t felt up until this point. We really hope now that we can manage it financially and even pay it off early.
