Rachel had a girls night out with friends. The kids & I watched a Harry Potter movie. I started listening to the Braves game while putting Murphy to bed. I’m still listening to it. They are in the bottom of the 18th inning. I don’t see an end in sight. It’s 1:30 AM in Atlanta right now.

Today was the first day we implemented our new job board with zones. Rachel said Gehrig did a great job. He got up, cleaned is room and did his chores quickly and thoroughly – then he got to play Wii as a reward. I can only hope it lasts 🙂

I was so tired this morning when I got up for Bishopric meeting. I was actually about 5 minutes late but nobody was there. I checked my phone and noticed I had a voicemail from the Bishop the night before letting me know we had no meetings today. I had to laugh at myself!

First thing in the morning I went to Home Depot and rented a very large air compressor. I then borrowed Kens spray gun and painted all our entertainment cabinets. That occupied most of the day. At 4:30 we got a baby sitter and went to The Final Harry Potter. It wasn’t as exciting as it could have been because I just listened to the audio book during the week. Tonight I installed a garage door opener. It’s one project I never thought I would dare take on. It turned out to be not so bad. I was able to use existing wiring so that was nice since our garage is finished with drywall & paint. I have another on to install. It should go faster since I now have the experience of one.
