I can’t tell if my leg is getting any better. I went for a walk during lunch. Afterwards my knee started hurting. It’s pretty frustrating to be injured – especially when you are injured doing “good” like trek.

Toby sent me a text to check on me. He seemed concerned that my MRI was still a couple of weeks out. I mentioned I was on my last steroid pill today and I was worried the main in my back my come back. He said I could go back on steroids after a week and to give him a call if I feel I need to.

It’s great to have an older brother who looks after my medical concerns like he does. He is always so willing to help me to. I miss being near him more.
