I had a long list of things to get done today since we have decided to sell out home. Rachel had to go in to the cottage and work this morning. I was surprised and delighted when Ken showed up this morning to help me out. He has always been great to help me out with my projects.

He helped me load the trailer with a pile of cardboard boxes and other garbage to take to the top, then he took Gracie with him to Home Depot to get a board to fix our bed. He got our bed fixed and put back together. That was a great blessing as we’ve been sleeping on the floor the past few nights.

Later I cleaned out the she in the back yard and then I painted the kitchen ceiling – something that I should have done a long time ago.

I’m kind of worried about cash flow. We have to put carpet in and pay a contractor to fix the deck at our old house. Now we need to come up with 2500 to pay a painter to finish our upstairs rooms and fix our stucco.

I called America First this morning to see what kind of short term loan options they had. I learned I had a 15,000 credit limit on my Visa. I thought it was 10,000. I still have 5,000 on it from my pills.

I was also told I use use a car title to get an auto loan. We have both cars paid for so that is an option. It’s just a hassle. I’ve thought about asking my Dad or Ken for a short term loan since I know I could pay it back as soon as we close on the house, but I’m not sure I want to ask them. I really don’t want to borrow money anymore – from anyone. Once we move, I want that to be the last time I have to take out a loan.
