I got a referral bonus in my paycheck today. Neutron has a policy of paying employees $2000 for anyone an employee refers and is hired. I posted on Utah Django that we were hiring and a guy named Dusty applied and said he heard about Neutron from me. So today I got that bonus. It will certainly help a lot right now! This is actually my 3rd referral bonus at Neutron.

It’s bitter sweet though. I used to love Neutron. But I’ve come to learn that it doesn’t matter what your perks and benefits are. If you don’t like the people you work with, no amount of money, perks, or benefits will make you enjoy your job. It really is all about the people and there is one person at Neutron that I’ve decided I just don’t want to work with everyday.
