I started a low-carb diet a few month ago. I was very strict for about the first 3 weeks. I’ve been less strict since then but I’ve continued to lose weight I started at about 235 lbs. This morning I was down to 214.2. I’ve now lost over twenty lbs. My goal was to get to 220 lbs, but I’ve slowly kept losing about 1-2 lbs per week.

Tonight we went to Kohl’s and got some new clothes as my clothes are getting a bit baggy on me. I moved from 38 shorts to 36 and from XL shirts to L. It feels good. My new goal is 200 lbs. I was told I would have less back pain if I could get down to that weight.
