Yesterday on the way home from work I got a call from David Malpas. The Malpas family just moved out of our ward about a month and a half ago and moved down to St. George. He said now they want to come back to Utah County. He said he heard that we wanted to move down there and asked if we would be interested in looking at their house.

He sent me some photos. It is a very nice house. It was a model home in that area and has lots of upgrades including a swimming pool.

We were really looking to downsize, but I have to admit that swimming pool looks very nice. I think we are going to go see the house on Saturday while we are there. 

I guess it will mostly depend on whether I get a job offer and what kind of salary I would earn there.

The funny thing is that Tim Andrioli suggested we buy the Malpas house since he purchased it to renovate and resell. It would be fun to tell the ward that we are buying the Malpas house and have they think for just a moment that we are staying in the ward.
