Today was a fun day. Everything rachel made was red or pink for valentines day. She made my favorite meal for dinner – bowtie pasta with sundried tomatoes. We even had a pink dessert. I’m still full. She also gave me gift to get a 1 hour theraputic massage. I’m hoping it will help with the pain I’ve had in my arm and wrist from the overtime I’ve been putting in. I came downstairs to check on the status of a process that was running on my computer. As I loggged in I got a chat message from a friend that had moved to Washington a few years ago. We chatted for over an hour. It is always fun to catch up with old friends. What makes it more fun is to here they are doing well. We had another church ball game tonight. It was rescheduled to 9:00 instead of 8:00. I was fortunate to have 2 people call to tell me. It’s a small thing, but means a lot to me. It was a fun game. We couldn’t make a shot the first quarter and we ented down 20-3. After that we slowly got closer, but not close enough. Afterwards I was asked to stick around and play another couple of games. It was good to get out and get some exercise...

We’re back home. The floors look great and it feels great to be so much closer to having all this behind us. I think I’m going to pay a plumber to come hook up our water line again. Even if it costs me $100, as long as they do it right it is much better than going through having everything repaired.

We had a fun night at the hotel tpnight. We went swimming for over an hour. Actually Rachel ran on the treadmill while we swam. Nolan was so tired by the time we are done. I think they all got tired because they are wound asleep right now!

I bought a new iPhone today and that is what I’m writing this post with. We are in a hotel again as they are refinishing our floors again. I’m looking forward to life getting back to “normal”

Gracie gave a talk in Primay today. I went in to see her. I was amazed at how confident she was up there. She spoke loudly and clearly into the microphone and did it just as she practiced with no help or support from us. I was very proud!
