Today I heard Nolan saying “doh doh doh … dohra” and I realized he was singing the into to Dora the Explorer. I have never known him to even watch that show. I know Gracie used to watch it a lot when she was younger. Apparently Gracie has been watching it in the playroom with Nolan. Tonight Rachel and I started Financial Peace University. When I helped sell tickets for the live event in Salt Lake last year. I earned a free instructor package. When I was working at IHC and 3M and had good dental insurance I used to go every 6 months for a cleaning. It has certainly been a while. I just don’t think about it. Today Rachel was kind enough to find a new dentist closer to home and schedule an appointment for me.

I have a meeting with other ward emergency preparedness specialists in the stake tonight – as well as other various callings. It was good to hear all the different ideas people had in their wards to become more prepared. I’m lucky to live in an area that is prepared so well. I’ve been told twice that our ward used to be the most prepared and the model for many other wards to follow, but the past few years not much has been done...

Today was a fun day. Everything rachel made was red or pink for valentines day. She made my favorite meal for dinner – bowtie pasta with sundried tomatoes. We even had a pink dessert. I’m still full. She also gave me gift to get a 1 hour theraputic massage. I’m hoping it will help with the pain I’ve had in my arm and wrist from the overtime I’ve been putting in.
