I woke up at 4:04 am when my alarm went off. I would have turned it off and rolled over in bed. But when I am determined to get up the night before, I put my phone (alarm clock) in a spot where I have to get out of bed to turn if off. Then it makes the decision to get back into bed more deliberate.

It took me a while to make the decision, but I finally determined to exercise on the elliptical for 30 minutes. I knew I would have to report to my #TmFit group and I wanted to get it out of the way. I’m glad I did.

The biggest issue I’m having today is that I went down our giant slide at work too fast yesterday and bruised my tailbone. It hurts so bad to sit or bend over. The train ride this morning was the worst. I’m hoping today is the worst of it and it feels better tomorrow. Fortunately I have a GeekDesk which allows me to raise or lower my desk. I’ve been in a standing position all day today.

Also I spend a good amount of time last night working on EnvelopeBudget.com. I also had a little time to work on it this morning before work.

The one goal I haven’t been doing so well is personal scripture study. I need to come up with a system to make it easer to do this. On a positive note, we did read and pray as a family before Rachel went to her Young Women’s activity.
