We got a counter-offer today. The buyer basically wanted to offer $290,000 ($3000 more) for the house, but was asking for $7350 more in repairs to be done before closing. I got a lot done at work today. I felt very productive. I had a ticket due by the end of the day that I worried I wouldn’t have time to finish. I had it done by about 1:30! This morning I had an appointment with a neurosurgeon to discuss my back. As I expected I have a large herniated disc (L5-S1).
