Buddy the Dog

Interviews

I had interviews with Gracie & Gehrig tonight. I find it interesting how much they enjoy it. They just love having my full attention and being able to just talk with me about anything. It also gives me a chance to address things I feel they need to work on. Stress of selling houses

We got a counter-offer today. The buyer basically wanted to offer $290,000 ($3000 more) for the house, but was asking for $7350 more in repairs to be done before closing. We chatted with Emily and met her for dinner in Salt Lake and she helped us write up a counter offer addendum and letter to the buyer. Emily was just astonished at how many concessions they were asking for, especially since we are already giving them over $25,000 in...

Got a lot done at work

I got a lot done at work today. I felt very productive. I had a ticket due by the end of the day that I worried I wouldn’t have time to finish. I had it done by about 1:30! That allowed me to get ahead as I have a lot of tickets due next week. I REALLY hate to admit this, but perhaps Dan & Joel were right. Perhaps I can work faster that I thought I could.

Looking At Other Companies

This morning I had an appointment with a neurosurgeon to discuss my back. As I expected I have a large herniated disc (L5-S1). He said sine the cortisone shot and physical therapy worked so well last time that was his first recommended treatment option.
