Saving Some Money

Since moving and paying about $400 more per month for our mortgage, things have gotten a bit tight lately. I’ve made a couple of changes that should save us about $30 per month. I switched from Vonage to Ooma. I was paying about $32 per month for Vonage which gave me unlimited calling. When I had two lines, one for business, I was paying over $60 per month. Saw Moose Today

Today was a beautiful day. So, I was quite surprised that we couldn’t get enough people to play Ultimate Frisbee, which we generally do on Monday. Date Night

We had our next door neighbor come and baby sit tonight after the kids’ tball game. We went out to dinner at The Olive Garden. It was nice to have date night. It had been a while since we’ve gone to dinner by ourselves. It was so quiet on the way home driving in the car without kids! I love our kids, but sometimes it’s nice to have some alone time together.

Achieving Goals and Receiving Blessings

A while back I set a goal to read at least one conference talk each week. I’m maintained that goal since setting it. Last week I read President Monson’s priesthood session talk where he encouraged priesthood holders to: Study Diligently Pray Fervently Live Righteously I wrote this down on a post it note wish is sitting on my desk. It’s been a good reminder. That combined with my goal to track my time better has let me to make...
