Today as Rachel was preparing her sharing time on temples and family history, she called Carrie (her grandma) to ask her about a family tree. My Dad drove out to Salt Lake and took me to a Bees game to celebrate my birthday. It was a very fun and relaxing evening. As far as the game it was a blow-out 10-5. The game ended at around 9:45. I offered to have my dad stay at our house but he decided to drive home. That is quite the drive for a night out at a ball game!

After the block meetings Rachel and I stayed after to get our recommends for the Oquirrh Mountain Temple dedication on August 23rd. Gehrig was unbearably ornery. Today was a fun day. We started the morning by going to the Alpine Days parade. One of Ken’s muscle cars he restored (Camero) was in the parade. His neighbor was driving it.
