I started a low-carb diet a few month ago. I was very strict for about the first 3 weeks. I’ve been less strict since then but I’ve continued to lose weight I started at about 235 lbs. I got a referral bonus in my paycheck today. Neutron has a policy of paying employees $2000 for anyone an employee refers and is hired. In Sunday school today we had a lesson on missionary work. It seems to be a recurring theme lately. I love missionary work and I love the focus its getting lately. That said, there doesn’t seem to be much missionary work going on in our ward because everyone is members. I’m hoping that our move will provide more experiences, but in St. George I’m sure it’s still mostly mormon.
